People often ask where the name came from, and the answer is actually quite simple; and very personal.
My last name is Willoughby (pronounced "Willow-Bee"). When I married my husband, I gained his last name. That name somehow fit me better than I ever could have imagined.
I've always been drawn to nature. The graceful strength of a weeping willow and the quiet determination of a honeybee have always resonated with me. So when "Willoughby" became my name, it felt like more than coincidence—it felt like it was meant to be.
I'm a wife, a mom to two beautifully creative daughters, and together my family reminds me of a bee colony. We each have our own role, but we work side by side, supporting one another and building something greater together.
I've always loved the simple phrase, "Bee Happy." It's more than a cute saying to me—it's a reminder to find joy in the work we do and the life we're building.
If you know me personally, you know I rarely sit still. I'm constantly dreaming, creating, learning, and adding "just one more thing" to my plate. More often than not, I become overwhelmed—but I've learned that's when I do my best work.
